NJ Prevailing Wage Update re: Mandatory Orientation on Prevailing Wage Projects

The new prevailing wage orientation requirement takes effect on February 1, 2025, and the NJ DOL’s required Employee Acknowledgment Form has been published.  

On Monday, January 27, join ABC New Jersey Chapter Counsel Russ McEwan, Shareholder at Littler, to explain the law and the DOL’s newly published form.  

Russ will provide insight on compliance strategies and answer your questions to the extent possible.
